Account Deletion

Send an email to support@fenkadix.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request.

Please include these details so we can locate and verify your account:

• Your registered Fenkadix email address.
• Your request reason.
• Any relevant subscription or billing context, if applicable.

We will review your request, verify account ownership, and begin deletion of eligible account data. Account deletion may take up to 30 days to complete.

Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax, payment, or compliance reasons.

Account deletion is separate from cancelling an active subscription. If you subscribed through Stripe, Amazon, the App Store, or another billing provider, you may need to cancel the subscription through the relevant billing platform to avoid future charges.
