Fenkadix collects information needed to create accounts, provide streaming access, process subscriptions, improve the platform, and keep accounts secure. This may include your name, email address, user ID, purchase history, app interactions, watch and browsing activity, device/session information, and account actions such as sign-ins, profile updates, subscription changes, support requests, and account deletion requests.

We use this information to operate Fenkadix, authenticate users, manage subscriptions, personalize content, provide customer support, protect against fraud or abuse, maintain platform security, improve app performance, and comply with legal or store-platform requirements.

Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe, Amazon, the App Store, or other applicable billing providers depending on where you subscribe. Fenkadix does not store full card numbers or payment credentials on its own servers.

Fenkadix does not sell user data. We may share limited information with trusted service providers only when needed to deliver the service, process payments, send account communications, provide support, analyze platform performance, or comply with law.

You can request deletion of your Fenkadix account and associated data. Visit our Account Deletion page for instructions. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal, fraud prevention, payment, tax, or compliance reasons.
